Calling all 6th graders--We need help with the Yearbook Theme!

The Yearbook Committee is looking for original themes for the 2011-12 yearbook and we'd like your help. A yearbook theme is a common thread that ties all elements of the book and the year together. A theme can be a word, phrase or expression. We want your yearbook theme to be a statement or idea that best embodies what makes Ogden special. It should:

  • Create a personality that unifies the book and provides good design ideas through artwork and colors.
  • Help tell a meaningful story about Ogden students and staff and the school year.

Here are some questions to help you come up with clever and fun theme ideas:

  • What makes your school unique?
  • How is this year different from any other year?
  • How are community or world events impacting the students in your school?
  • What characteristics best describe student life today?

Please submit all theme suggestions and ideas with your parents’ permission by going to the Ogden PTC website and filling out the form here no later than October 22. You can list as many theme suggestions/ideas as you want. Feel free to collaborate with friends. If your idea or theme is used, you will be credited in the 2011-12 yearbook.

Good luck!
