Registration Process

1. Fill out ONE Act Information Sheet per act.  

2. Sign a Contract Form for each participant in the act.

3. Print out original song lyrics to any song being used in the act, whether it be sung, danced to, or as background music.

4. Staple these papers together into a packet (Act Information Sheet, Contract Forms, song lyrics) and turn in to the box in the main office by Friday, December 15th.

5. After getting music approval from Pam Podolner (this will take up to 48 hours from the time packets are turned in), submit music either on a CD to the box in the main office, or electronically to Ashley Kennedy at by Friday, January 12th.

6. Have one adult per family sign up to volunteer on the online Sign-Up Genius by Friday, January 2nd.
